counting calories is a ridiculous way to try and lose weight eating healthy and exercising but now losing weight eating less does not lead to weight loss exercise is not the best way to lose weight lose weight with diet and exercise reasons why eating healthy is making you fatter why cant i lose weight why I can't lose weight no matter what i do why you can't lose weight as a woman over 40 why you're not losing weight why you're not losing weight with exercise and diet
